Day 1 – Arrival Day: Saturday

  • Arrival at the retreat venue by 4:00 PM.
  • Settle into accommodation.
  • Welcome session and orientation before an evening meal.

Day 2: Sunday

  • Kayaking adventure along Ibiza’s stunning coastline.
  • Lunch.
  • Relaxation time by the pool/beach.
  • Evening strength and performance training session followed by recovery stretching.
  • Group Dinner

Day 3: Monday

  • Morning hike to discover Ibiza’s natural beauty.

  • Lunchtime workout
  • Downtime at the pool
  • Group lunch.
  • Afternoon excursion to iconic Ibiza villages or historical sites.
  • Sunset yoga session overlooking the Ibiza hills.

Day 4: Tuesday

  • Energetic training session.
  • Group Breakfast.
  • Paddleboarding in crystal-clear waters.
  • Group lunch in town.
  • Afternoon cycling tour to explore hidden Ibiza gems.
  • Chilled evening with good food on resort

Day 5: Wednesday

  • Morning workout.
  • Group breakfast.
  • Lunch
  • Head into town for a group dinner
  • Then it is a night on the Ibiza town to celebrate a great week


Day 6 – Leaving Day:

  • Morning session to ease into the day and recover from the night before
  • Group breakfast.
  • Check out of accommodation by midday.
  • Farewell cuddles to say goodbye to new friends.
  • Transfer back to Ibiza Airport by 12:00 PM.
  • Arrival at Ibiza Airport by 12:30 PM for departure.
