11:30 AM – Arrival in Porto at meeting spot
12 PM – Transfer leaves
2:00-2:30 PM – Arrival at Resort
Settling into Accommodation: Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and make yourself at home. Unwind and prepare for the upcoming activities.
4PM Group Mobility Session and Workout: Join the first group mobility session and workout session to kickstart your retreat.
5 PM – Yoga
7:00 PM Evening Meal: After the Yoga, gather for an evening meal, where you’ll have the chance to connect with fellow guests and relax.
Note: Please ensure timely arrival in Porto to avoid any disruptions to the group transfer schedule. If you can’t get in by the time you will have to arrange your own transfer. We look forward to welcoming you to the Portugal retreat.
Day 2 – Tuesday

7:00 AM – Wake up coffees and hot drinks
7:30 AM WORKOUT – Start your day with an invigorating sunrise workout session.
9:00 AM – Breakfast: After the workout, enjoy a breakfast to replenish your energy levels and fuel your day ahead. Indulge in a variety of nutritious options to kickstart your morning.
10:00 AM – Downtime: Enjoy what the resort has to offer.
12:15 PM – Optional HiiT training session. For those of you wanting more intensity in your sessions, join us for the 30 minute high intensity circuit training.
1 PM – Lunch: It’s time for a delightful group lunch.
2 PM – Downtime
5 PM – Early Evening Mobility and Strength training: Join the early evening workshop focusing on mobility and strength.
7:00 PM – Unwind with Dinner: Conclude the day with dinner, where you can unwind and savour delicious cuisine with a glass or two of wine.

Day 3 – Wednesday

12:15 PM – Optional Olympic Ring training session. For those of you wanting learn a new skill and see what it can be like to build the confidence to be upside down.
1 PM – Lunch: It’s time for a delightful group lunch.
2 PM – Downtime

9:00 AM – Breakfast: After the hike, enjoy a breakfast to replenish your energy levels and fuel your day ahead. Indulge in a variety of nutritious options to kickstart your morning.
10:00 AM – Handstand workshop: It’s time to remember what it was like to be a kid again. Here we break down all the skill work needed to be able to hand balance
11:45 AM – Sound bath meditation session: Unwind and experience a magical meditation session in the outside dojo gym. *10 euro per person
1 PM – Lunch: It’s time for a delightful group lunch.
2 PM – Downtime
7 PM – Last night BBQ! We’ve just had an amazing week together and tonight is a time to celebrate being together.

Day 6 Leaving Day – Saturday
