What locations do you use for the offsites?

Predominantly we use sites in the UK for our corporate offsites. We find locations within a 2hr radius of your business. This reduces the time away from your central location but far enough that you feel like you have stepped away from the office.

What is the focus of the time spent with us?

That’s where we plan everything with you to determine your specific outcomes. This could be team building, leadership performance, communication or anything else you need your business to focus on.
Our health and performance coaches and specialist guest speakers will create a bespoke experience in line with what you want to get out of the offsite.

How long are the offsites?

Typically 2/3 days. This is by design so that the retreat is focussed on its objectives and doesn’t take the group away from the business and families for too long. European offsites are typically 3-5 days depending on location.
